GMS Reference Interviews are based on direct enquiry with the references supplied by the candidate, and if required, with unlisted references also. We perform at least three employment references based on the past employers listed by the candidate on the release forms. The hiring manager ensures the release form is filled out completely and includes three eligible references, such as managers, supervisors, human resources department staff, executives, and/or owners.
